About the project

The Dave & Buster's entertainment center and restaurant was housed inside and above a densely-populated area, making visibility to the site difficult. To compound matters, the City of Los Angeles imposed a moratorium on sign exceptions at the time this location was built.  

However, Chandler Signs was able to successfully negotiate with the landlord and city planning department to develop an off-site sign program to attract visibility to an otherwise invisible street level view.   

Chandler Signs' creative designs and solutions ensured that the project had a positive environmental impact for all interested parties. The result was a design and execution that delivered the character of signs consistent with the nostalgia of Hollywood, and embodied the energy of the Dave & Buster’s brand.
